Article 1 — Definitions

In these terms and conditions: Lacom: Lacom B.V., established in Amsterdam, registered at the Chamber of Commerce. Customer: the legal entity entering into an agreement with Lacom.

Article 2 — Applicability

These conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries by Lacom. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.

Article 3 — Orders

Minimum order value is €100.00 excl. VAT. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 4 — Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders above €100.00.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop (iDEAL, credit card, bank transfer) or by invoice if agreed. Invoices must be paid within 14 days.

Article 6 — Liability

Lacom is only liable for direct damages resulting from an attributable shortcoming. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
