Return Policy

B2B returns

As a B2B wholesaler, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only possible with written approval from Lacom.

Damaged or incorrect products

For damaged or incorrectly delivered products, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange replacement or credit after receiving and inspecting the return.

Return procedure

  1. Contact us at info@lacomgems.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the products in original packaging, well protected.
  4. After receipt and inspection, we process the credit within 5 business days.

Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is on Lacom's part. For damaged or incorrect products, we reimburse shipping costs.
